On the south bank of the Rijn river, several residential buildings arise in a park landscape. Together with Thijs Asselbergs architects, HOUTMAN+SANDER made an urban plan for this area, a design for the park and the outdoors of two building sites.
“Four locations: pairs of residential towers with parking space stuck in between”
At the start of the study, the locations for development of the building plans were already determined. The plan consists of four locations: pairs of residential towers with parking space stuck in between. The parking space will have green walls and roofs. High and mighty at one end of the plan area, an autonomous tower arises as a beacon at the river.
