In the design of this landscape structure, the synergy between city and waterfront is key. The design of the public open space is wooded and water-oriented. In Prince Bay, the landscape is not just a decoration of the urban space. It’s the place where you want to be, each spot with its own charm. Within the unity of the Master Plan, green areas create diversity in atmosphere and activities.

HOUTMAN+SANDER´s design makes sure Prince Bay is able to cope with all kinds of visitors. Food & beverage, sports, education, offices, entertainment, hotels and a cruise ship terminal: all facilities you can think of are located here. But it is definitely not a concrete zone. Because of the impressive amount of green, water and wood, you can find peace and intimacy on every corner.
