At the former location of the Boerenbond in Haaren, Hazenberg Construction company develops a residential neighborhood of 18 homes. HOUTMAN+SANDER is responsible for the urban design, the quality plan and the design for the public spaces.

Part of the building plan is a car-free residential court with hedges and a flower garden. The pavement consists of a pattern of black concrete tiles and red-black color concrete pavers.
