The former Palace of Justice and ‘s-Hertogenbosch’ prison are no longer used as originally intended. During the years, these monumental buildings got odd looking annexes.

“There will be physical openings to the city. The central square is going to be a part public space”

With the restructuring of these buildings, a clean sweep will be made. The original structure will be visible again and there comes an end to the closeness of the building. There will be physical openings to the city. The central square is going to be a part of the city’s public space. The building will serve new purposes, such as a hotel and a biological food warehouse.
